CIDCA spokesperson: China to provide emergency humanitarian quake relief assistance to Venezuela

Tang Ying, spokesperson for the China International Development Cooperation Agency, announced on June 26 that the Chinese government has decided to provide emergency humanitarian cash assistance to support Venezuela's disaster relief and post-disaster reconstruction, after two powerful earthquakes struck the country, resulting in significant casualties and property damage.

Tang also noted that the Chinese government is ready to offer further assistance within its capacity as needed by Venezuela.
