CIDCA chairman signs development cooperation documents with senior Namibian officials

Witnessed by the heads of state of China and Namibia, Chen Xiaodong, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency, signed a series of development cooperation documents with Namibian Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture Sanet Steenkamp and Director General of the National Planning Commission Kaire Mbuende in Beijing on July 10. The cooperation documents cover areas such as infrastructure construction and human resource development.
