CIDCA chairman exchanges development cooperation documents with Kyrgyz minister of economy and commerce

On Aug 31, witnessed by the heads of state of China and Kyrgyzstan, Chen Xiaodong, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency, exchanged documents on development cooperation regarding port infrastructure with Sydykov Bakyt Tolomushevich, minister of economy and commerce of Kyrgyzstan, in Bishkek, capital of Kyrgyzstan.

The two sides also signed cooperation documents on human resources development.
