The China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) has partnered with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) to deliver a consignment of life-saving supplies to the Gaza Strip.

With winter approaching, thousands of children and their families sheltering in makeshift camps across the Gaza Strip will be exposed to cold, rain and strong winds.

"I am worried about how we will get through the winter. Last year, water flooded our tent and my children were frozen," said a mother of four. "The supplies we have received this time will keep my kids warm. I am very grateful that the aid workers keep helping us."

The CIDCA and UNICEF distributed winter clothing to vulnerable children and their families to help them cope with the incoming cold season.

The supplies also include critical medicines and basic medical supplies for six local health facilities, enabling them to offer basic healthcare services to the children and families in need.
