CIDCA chairman meets with deputy head of the Belarus President Administration

Wang Xiaotao, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), met with Nikolai Snopkov, deputy head of the Belarus President Administration, on June 12. They exchanged ideas on the implementation of the outcome of the meeting between the two nations’ heads of state during the Qingdao summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

Wang said that the comprehensive strategic partnership of China and Belarus has reached a new stage of mutual trust and win-win cooperation. At the Qingdao summit the two sides signed a number of cooperative documents on economic and technological assistance. The CIDCA is looking forward to pushing forward cooperation between the two nations. 

Snopkov congratulated Wang on becoming the first chairman of the CIDCA. He noted that the establishment of the CIDCA will have a profound impact on the Belt and Road Initiative and other means of international cooperation.

The parties signed a series of cooperative documents on economic and technological assistance. Belarus will encourage close cooperation with China to fully promote the implementation of relevant projects.
