China, Laos sign cooperation agreement

Wang Xiaotao, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), and Laotian Minister of Industry and Commerce Khemmani Pholsena signed a China-Laos cooperation agreement on development on Apr 30, when President of Laos Boungnang Vorachith was in Beijing to attend the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.
