China, Nepal sign cooperation agreement

Wang Xiaotao, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), and Lal Shanker Ghimire, permanent secretary of the Ministry of Finance of Nepal, signed a China-Nepal cooperation agreement on development on Apr 29, when Nepalese President Bidhya Devi Bhandari was in Beijing to attend the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.
