China and the Philippines sign cooperation agreement

Wang Xiaotao, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), and Philippine counterparts signed an agreement on development cooperation between the two countries on Apr 25 during Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte’s visit to China to attend the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.
