China and Vietnam sign cooperation agreement

Wang Xiaotao, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), and Minister of Planning and Investment of Vietnam Nguyen Chi Dung signed a China-Vietnam development cooperation agreement on Apr 26 when Prime Minister of Vietnam Nguyen Xuan Phuc was in Beijing to attend the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.
