China signs cooperation agreement with Kazakhstan

Under the witness of the two countries' heads of state, Wang Xiaotao, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), signed an agreement on development cooperation between the two governments with Askhat Aymagambetov, minister of education and science of Kazakhstan, on Sept 11, 2019.
