China signs cooperation agreement with Iraq

Under the witness of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and Iraqi Prime Minister Adil Abdul-Mahdi, who is on an official visit to China, Wang Xiaotao, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), signed an agreement on development cooperation between the Chinese and Iraqi governments on Sept 23, 2019, with Bangen Rekani, the Minister of Construction and Housing of Iraq.
