Deng Boqing, vice-chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) led a delegation to Mongolia from Nov 27 to 30. The delegation held a meeting with U. Enkhtuvshin, vice prime minister of Mongolia, to exchange ideas on Sino-Mongolian cooperation.

Deng said that China and Mongolia are friendly neighbors. China is willing to cooperate with Mongolia to implement the consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries and to push forward the connection of China's Belt and Road Initiative and Mongolia's "Steppe Road" program. Both sides will deepen cooperation in the field of people's livelihoods and strengthen experience exchange and talents training, pushing ahead Sino-Mongolian cooperation and consolidating the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Mongolia.
U. Enkhtuvshin expressed his gratitude for China's support of Mongolia's social and economic development. He said that Mongolia is willing to further communicate with China in order to advance the two countries' cooperation.

During the visit, Deng also met with officials of the Ministry of Finance of Mongolia, inspected a shantytown renovation project, a stadium project in Ulan Bator and a development center for children with disabilities. He also had talks with Xing Haiming, the Chinese Ambassador to Mongolia, and representatives of Chinese enterprises in Mongolia.
