The cargo was sent by a charted flight and arrived at the Kabul International Airport, where a handover ceremony was held between staff workers from the two countries.
The supplies included much-needed medical equipment such as COVID-19 testing kits, N95 medical masks, medical protective suits, goggles and infrared thermometers.
This was China’s second shipment of anti-virus medical supplies to the country following the first one made on April 2.
