Hu said that a friend in need is a friend indeed. The 46-year’s brotherly friendship between China and Gabon has been rock solid through thick and thin. China is willing to provide as much assistance as possible to African countries within its ability including Gabon. It is believed that China-African relations and China-Gabon friendship will be unbreakable after the fight against the pandemic.

Obiang said that at this critical moment China overcame difficulties to provide Gabon with valuable supplies from far away and Gabon will cherish it in heart. The supplies will enhance Gabon’s anti-pandemic capability and protect the medical workers.

With the joint efforts of the two countries, the virus will be defeated at an early date. The comprehensive partnership of cooperation between the two countries will usher in a bright future, said Obiang.
