To implement the consensus reached by the leaders of the two states and support the government and people of Russia by a joint response in the fight against COVID-19, the Chinese government sent a second batch of medical supplies to Russia.
The supplies, measuring some 1,058 cubic meters and weighing about 103 tons, included testing kits, protective clothing, surgical masks, medical masks, medical protective goggles, disposable surgical gloves, and infrared thermometers.
The second batch of supplies arrived in Moscow on May 17 and May 22 in two shipments.
