Deng said that China and Laos are good partners, kind neighbors, reliable comrades and sincere friends. The leaders of the two countries have reached important consensuses at different times that have pointed out the direction for bilateral development cooperation.

The bilateral development cooperation has reached a higher level, added Deng.
