Zhang said that Denmark has actively carried out international development cooperation for a long time and supported the economic and social development of developing countries, especially those least developed. China is working hard to implement the major measures it has announced to support the global fight against COVID-19, and stands ready to enhance communication with the Danish side in jointly supporting multilateralism, helping developing countries cope with the challenges posed by the pandemic and promoting the building of a community of health for all.

Møller said that since the outbreak of COVID-19 China has actively carried out international cooperation in fighting the virus and provided strong support to other developing countries. This year marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Denmark and China. Denmark hopes to take this opportunity to strengthen exchanges with China in the field of international development, explore tripartite cooperation, help vulnerable groups cope with survival and development challenges and promote the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
