Wang Xiaotao, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), held talks with Chakib Rachid Kayed, secretary-general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Algeria, in Algiers, capital of Algeria, on Oct 11.  

They exchanged views on deepening development cooperation between the two countries, and signed relevant economic and technological cooperation agreements after the talks.
