As the world's largest developing country, China will prioritize stability while making progress in its economic work next year. Facing new downward pressure, we will give greater priority to ensuring stable growth, and make coordinated efforts to maintain stable growth, make structural adjustments and advance reform. We will enhance confidence, face up to difficulties and take effective measures to cope with difficulties. We will make prudent and effective macro policies, improve the efficiency of proactive fiscal policies and pay more attention to precision and sustainability. Prudent monetary policies should be flexible and appropriate, and liquidity should be at a reasonable and ample level. At the same time, we will also continue deploying macro policies in direct response to market entities to stimulate the vitality of market entities and enhance the internal driving force of development. We will adopt market-oriented and law-based measures to increase fiscal and financial policy support for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and self-employed individuals, which are large in number and extensive in scope and provide a large number of jobs, so as to enhance the resilience and strength of China's economy. We have capability to accomplish this year's main targets and tasks.

Li Keqiang pointed out that the World Bank is a vital multilateral institution in global development. China and the World Bank have maintained sustainable and sound development of bilateral relations. We're willing to work with the World Bank to enhance close cooperation in terms of capital and knowledge, and take concrete actions to support multilateralism and global development. China supports the negotiations on the 20th replenishment process of the International Development Association (IDA), and will play a more active and constructive role.

Malpass said, he was pleased to attend the Sixth "1+6" Roundtable last week and spoke highly of China's stable economic development.
