CIDCA spokesperson: China to provide emergency humanitarian assistance to Moldova

Xu Wei, spokesperson of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), said on March 15 that Chinese government will provide a shipment of emergency humanitarian aid materials to Moldova, as it has taken note of the Moldovan government's appeal to the international community for emergency humanitarian assistance.

The shipment will help resettle refugees and other needy people in the country, Xu said.

He added that China is willing to work with the international community to overcome the humanitarian crisis in Moldova and continue to provide assistance to countries in need.
