CIDCA spokesperson: China willing to provide emergency disaster relief assistance to Philippines

Xu Wei, spokesperson for the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), said on July 27 that the CIDCA is in close contact with relevant parties to learn about the latest information about the casualties and property damage caused by the earthquake that struck the Philippines on that day.

He said China is willing to provide emergency disaster relief assistance within its capacity for the Philippines according to the latter's needs.
