An online training session on apiculture science and bee-processing techniques for the Jordanian people was held by the Chinese government recently.
The 30-day virtual session drew the attendance of 65 Jordanian trainees. It was a vocational training program under the framework of Chinese foreign aid in human resources development and cooperation.
In a letter of thanks, Jordanian Minister of Agriculture Khalid Al-Hanifat voiced his appreciation to China for organizing the training session and sharing its beekeeping experiences, and said that he looked forward to the full utilization of Chinese beekeeping experiences.
The president of the Jordanian Beekeeping Association also conveyed his thanks to China. He said that the training event would further enhance the beekeeping techniques and skills of Jordanian farmers and promote the development of the Jordanian apiculture sector.
