CIDCA chairman meets with state minister of finance of Sri Lanka

On April 18, 2023, Luo Zhaohui, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), met with Shehan Semasingha, state minister of finance of Sri Lanka, at the United Nations headquarters in New York.

The two sides exchanged views on bilateral relations as well as financing cooperation for bilateral and multilateral development.

Head of the CIDCA's Global Development Promotion Center Tang Ying, Deputy Director-General of the CIDCA's Department of Policy and Planning Li Ming, Counselor of Chinese Permanent Mission to the UN Liu Liqun, Permanent Representative of Sri Lanka to the UN Mohan Pieris, and Deputy Permanent Representative Sugeeshawara Gunaratna also attended the meeting.
