CIDCA spokesperson: China ready to provide emergency humanitarian assistance to Libya

Xu Wei, spokesperson for the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), said on Sept 14 that the CIDCA expressed sympathy and concern over the casualties and property losses caused by the devastating storm and floods that recently hit the country.

He said that China is willing to provide emergency humanitarian assistance to Libya based on the needs of disaster victims.
