CIDCA spokesperson: China ready to provide emergency humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan 

On Oct 8, 2023, Xu Wei, spokesperson for the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), expressed condolences over the severe casualties and property losses caused by the earthquakes in Afghanistan.

He said that China is willing to provide emergency humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan based on the needs of disaster victims.
