CIDCA chairman meets with renowned Indian scholar

On Dec 7, 2023, Luo Zhaohui, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), met with Sudheendra Kulkarni, a renowned Indian scholar who was in China to attend the Second China-Indian Ocean Region Forum on Development Cooperation.

They exchanged views on such topics as China-India relations and international development cooperation between China and South Asian countries.
