CIDCA inks cooperation documents with Sierra Leonean foreign ministry

On Feb 28, 2024, witnessed by the heads of state of China and Sierra Leone, Chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency Luo Zhaohui and Sierra Leonean Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Timothy Kabba signed a series of documents on economic and technological cooperation and the joint implementation of the Global Development Initiative (GDI). 

Both sides agreed to proactively expand cooperation under the GDI framework with a focus on such areas as poverty reduction, food security, public health security, industrialization, climate change response and green development, as well as to carry out policy dialogue, experience sharing, capacity building and pragmatic cooperation.
