Led by Tian Lin, director-general of the CIDCA's Department of Supervision and Evaluation, the team inspected such projects as a hospital for civil servants, an inner ring road, an armed police school, a secondary school, and the Pokhara Airport in Nepal.

In Sri Lanka, they inspected the renovation project of the country's Supreme Court complex, the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall, the China-Sri Lanka Joint Center for Water Technology Research and Demonstration, and a water supply facility in northern Kandy.

The team also evaluated four Chinese-aided projects in Bangladesh, including an international convention center, an exhibition center, a sewage treatment plant, and the Dhaka power grid.

After hearing the recipients' feedbacks and experts' opinions, and checking the filing, execution and operations of the projects, they pointed out problematic practices to execution parties and related Chinese agencies  and required prompt rectification.
