CIDCA inks intergovernmental exchange of notes with Angolan Foreign Ministry

On March 15, 2024, witnessed by the two heads of state, Chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency Luo Zhaohui signed an intergovernmental exchange of notes with Angolan Foreign Minister Téte António on human resources development cooperation.

The two sides agreed to actively strengthen exchanges and cooperation between China and Angola in human resources development, focusing on capacity building and project cooperation in such areas as public administration, cyber security, trade and investment, and food security.
