CIDCA, Peru’s Foreign Ministry put pen to paper on joint projects

Witnessed by the leaders of China and Peru, Chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency Luo Zhaohui signed a series of exchange of notes on project cooperation with Peruvian Minister of Foreign Affairs Javier González-Olaechea Franco on June 28.

The two sides agreed to continue policy dialogue, experience sharing, capacity building and pragmatic cooperation in areas including people’s livelihoods, security and human resource development under the framework of the Global Development Initiative. They also pledged to ensure that the fruits of development continue to benefit the people of both countries.
