CIDCA vice-chairman meets with Laotian deputy foreign minister

Vice-Chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) Yang Weiqun met with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Laos Phoxay Khaykhamphithoune in Beijing on July 13. Khaykhamphithoune was in China to attend the second high-level conference of the Forum on Global Action for Shared Development.

The two sides held in-depth discussions on topics that included implementing the Global Development Initiative and strengthening bilateral cooperation on development.
