CIDCA inks cooperation documents with ministries of Timor-Leste

Witnessed by the leaders of China and Timor-Leste, Chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency Luo Zhaohui signed a series of bilateral cooperation agreements with Bendito dos Santos Freitas, minister of foreign affairs and cooperation of Timor-Leste, and Francisco Kalbuadi Lay, vice prime minister, coordinating minister of economic affairs, and minister of tourism and the environment, on July 29.

The documents include an intergovernmental agreement on economic and technological cooperation, and three inter-departmental memorandums of understanding on promoting the implementation of the Global Development Initiative and assistance projects in infrastructure and public culture.
