CIDCA signs agreement with Fijian Prime Minister’s Office

Witnessed by the leaders of China and Fiji, Chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency Luo Zhaohui signed a memorandum of understanding on related cooperation projects with Permanent Secretary of Fijian Prime Minister's Office Pita Wise in Beijing on Aug 18.
