CIDCA inks cooperation documents with Vietnamese ministries

Witnessed by the leaders of China and Vietnam, Chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency Luo Zhaohui signed a memorandum of understanding on promoting development cooperation projects in the fields of social development and people's livelihoods with Vietnam's Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung on Aug 19.

Also on the same day, Luo signed an exchange of notes on a feasibility study for a rail route planning project with Vietnam's Minister of Transport Nguyen Van Thang.
