CIDCA chairman meets with Vietnamese minister of transport

Luo Zhaohui, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), met with Vietnamese Minister of Transport Nguyen Van Thang in Beijing on Sept 26. Thang was in China to attend the Global Sustainable Transport Forum 2024.

The pair had in-depth discussions on strengthening cross-border railway development assistance cooperation. Also attending the meeting were CIDCA Vice-Chairman Yang Weiqun, Director-General of the CIDCA’s First Department of Regional Affairs Shou Hailong and Director-General of the Department of International Cooperation Li Ming.
