CIDCA exchanges cooperation documents with Peru’s Foreign Ministry

Witnessed by Chinese and Peruvian leaders, Chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency Luo Zhaohui exchanged a series of signed cooperation documents with Peru's Foreign Minister Javier González-Olaechea Franco in Lima on Nov 14.

The documents include an agreement on economic and technical cooperation between the two governments, and a memorandum of understanding on advancing development cooperation.
