CIDCA signs cooperation documents with Samoa Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade

Witnessed by leaders of China and Samoa, Chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency Luo Zhaohui signed a series of cooperation documents with Chief Executive Officer of the Samoa Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade Peseta Noumea Simi in Beijing on Nov 26.

The documents include a memorandum of understanding on promoting the implementation of the Global Development Initiative and agreements on economic and technical cooperation.
