CIDCA vice-chairman meets with Cuban ambassador to China

Vice-Chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) Hu Zhangliang met with Cuban Ambassador to China Alberto Blanco Silva in Beijing on Dec 4.

They discussed matters related to bilateral development cooperation.

Deputy Director-General of the CIDCA's Second Department of Regional Affairs Cai Fang and Cuban Minister Counsellor to China Igor Montero Brito also attended the meeting.
