CIDCA vice-chairman meets with director general of Somali Ministry of Fisheries and Blue Economy

Hu Zhangliang, vice-chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), met with Abdi Dirshe, director general of the Ministry of Fisheries and Blue Economy of Somalia, in Kunming, Southwest China's Yunnan province, on Dec 14. Dirshe was in Kunming to attend the third China-Indian Ocean Region Forum on Blue Economy Development Cooperation.

The pair discussed matters on jointly implementing the consensus reached between the leaders of both countries and advancing the implementation of the Global Development Initiative and the outcomes of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation.

Director-General of the CIDCA's Second Department of Regional Affairs Bai Bin also attended the meeting.
