CIDCA vice-chairman meets with PNG’s vice-minister of national planning

Hu Zhangliang, vice-chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency, met with Daniel Tindipu, vice-minister of national planning and monitoring of Papua New Guinea, in Kunming, Southwest China's Yunnan province, on Dec 14. Tindipu was in Kunming to attend the third China-Indian Ocean Region Forum on Blue Economy Development Cooperation.

The pair agreed to strengthen communication and alignment, and further advance cooperation with high standard under the frameworks of the Belt and Road Initiative and the Global Development Initiative.
