CIDCA chairman meets with Indian scholar Kulkarni

On Dec 15, Luo Zhaohui, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency, met with Sudheendra Kulkarni, a renowned Indian scholar who was in China to attend the third China-Indian Ocean Region Forum on Blue Economy Development Cooperation.

They exchanged views on China-India relations and China's cooperation in the blue economy development with countries in the Indian Ocean region.
