CIDCA vice-chairman meets Seychelles’ principal secretary for blue economy

On Dec 15, Hu Zhangliang, vice-chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), met with Phillianne Ernesta, principal secretary of the Ministry of Fisheries and the Blue Economy of Seychelles, in Kunming, capital of Southwest China's Yunnan province. The latter was in Kunming to attend the third China-Indian Ocean Region Forum on Blue Economy Development Cooperation.

The pair held thorough discussions on implementing the consensus reached between the two heads of state and the outcomes of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, and promoting bilateral development cooperation.

Seychelles Ambassador to China Anne Lafortune and Director-General of the CIDCA's Second Department of Regional Affairs Bai Bin also attended the meeting.
