CIDCA vice-chairman meets with secretary to Sri Lanka’s Ministry of Finance

Hu Zhangliang, vice-chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), met with Mahinda Siriwardena, secretary to Sri Lanka's Ministry of Finance, Planning, and Economic Development, in Kunming, Southwest China's Yunnan province, on Dec 15. Siriwardena was in Kunming to attend the third China-Indian Ocean Region Forum on Blue Economy Development Cooperation.

The pair discussed matters on strengthening alignment of development strategies and enhancing cooperation under the frameworks of the Belt and Road Initiative and the Global Development Initiative. 

Director-General of the CIDCA's First Department of Regional Affairs Shou Hailong also attended the meeting.
