CIDCA exchanges cooperation documents with Cambodia’s Ministry of Economy and Finance

Witnessed by the leaders of China and Cambodia, Chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency Chen Xiaodong exchanged a series of signed development cooperation documents with Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Cambodia Ros Seilava on April 17.

The documents include governmental exchange of notes on projects such as the third phase of China-aided rural road construction in Cambodia, the data center of Cambodia's Senate, technical assistance for the National Stadium, and a rehabilitation center for people with disabilities.

The pair also exchanged a memorandum of understanding at the departmental level on jointly implementing the 2025 human resources development cooperation plan.
