CIDCA chairman signs intergovernmental agreement on economic and technical cooperation with deputy PM of Azerbaijan

Witnessed by the heads of state of China and Azerbaijan, Chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency Chen Xiaodong signed an agreement on bilateral economic and technical cooperation with Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev in Beijing on April 23.
