Witnessed by the leaders of China and Kenya, Chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency Chen Xiaodong signed a series of development cooperation documents with Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs of Kenya Musalia Mudavadi in Beijing on April 24.
The documents include intergovernmental agreements or exchange of notes on cooperation projects such as the intelligent traffic management system and intersection renovation in Nairobi, upgrading and renovation of vocational colleges and technical secondary schools as well as hospitals in Kenya.
They also signed a memorandum of understanding at the departmental level on jointly implementing the 2025 human resources development cooperation plan.
