The ministers are in Changsha to attend the Ministerial Meeting of Coordinators on the Implementation of the Follow-up Actions of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation.
Chen said that China enjoys profound traditional friendship with the three countries with deepened political mutual trust and fruitful cooperation outcomes. China appreciates the three countries' adherence to the one-China principle and support for China in safeguarding its core interests. China is willing to enhance strategic alignment with the three countries, expand cooperation in various fields, and carry out more projects conducive to promoting economic and social development and improving people's livelihood, in a bid to promote common development, he added.

He also said that the coordinators meeting has concluded with full success. It released the China-Africa Changsha Declaration on Upholding Solidarity and Cooperation of the Global South and the list of outcomes of the meeting, which provided important guidance and laid a solid foundation for the high-quality development of China-Africa cooperation in the next state. The China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo (CAETE) has achieved positive results since its inception 6 years ago, Chen said, adding that the opening of the 4th CAETE held in Changsha on the same day was unprecedentedly grand, showcasing Hunan's frontier role in China's development cooperation with Africa.
Dussey, Lejone, and Lucas welcomed the successful convening of the coordinators meeting and the opening of the CAETE. They said that the outcomes and measures announced by China at the coordinators meeting and the CAETE opening ceremony are inspiring and the success of the meeting fully demonstrated the strong will of both Africa and China to further enhance solidarity and cooperation.
