
The China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) launched a report on China's international development cooperation in women's empowerment and development on Oct 10, prior to the Global Leaders' Meeting on Women, which will open on Oct 13 in Beijing.
As the 7th issue of the online journal International Development Cooperation: China's Practice, this report introduces China's policy concepts, specific practices and achievements in international development cooperation in the field of women over the past three decades since the Beijing World Conference on Women, especially since the establishment of the CIDCA in 2018, and showcases China's contributions in this area.
Hu Zhangliang, vice-chairman of the CIDCA, gave an overview of the report during an exclusive interview with China Global Television Network, calling on governments and international organizations to increase support and jointly promote the development and progress of women's cause worldwide.
