CIDCA vice-chairman meets UN assistant secretary-general for disaster risk reduction

Hu Zhangliang, vice-chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency, met with Kamal Kishore, assistant secretary-general of the United Nations and head of the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction, in Beijing on Nov 4.

They exchanged views on strengthening international cooperation in disaster prevention and reduction, and promoting the building of a community with a shared future for humanity.

Hu gave a rundown on the fourth plenary session of the 20th Communist Party of China Central Committee during the meeting.
