CIDCA chairman signs development cooperation documents with Tongan officials

On Nov 25, witnessed by leaders of China and Tonga, Chen Xiaodong, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency, signed several development cooperation documents in Beijing with Tau'aika 'Uta'atu, Tongan ambassador to China, and 'Ana 'Akau'ola, Tongan health minister.

These included an exchange of notes on feasibility study of developing clean energy projects on 'Eua Island of Tonga with China's assistance, and a memorandum of understanding on implementing the Global Development Initiative.
